  • No returns or exchanges for change of mind, except if you received the wrong item.
  • Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items sent by Unitrendz.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.

General Return Policy

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any issues.
  • Provide proof of the wrong product, color, or damage.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service through WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of damaged or incorrect items (if applicable).

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued through bank accounts 
  • Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours after we have received and inspected the item.
  • The item will be checked for damage and authenticity before the refund is approved.

Return Rejection

  • The item is not in its original condition.

In the case of rejection:

  • The item will be sent back to the customer.
